Terms of Sale Our prices are for members of the wholesale trade. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.

Orders: Deliveries are generally on Friday and Saturday, which means your order needs to be received no later than Wednesday afternoon, to insure that all orders can be placed in a timely manner.

Deliveries: Our delivery hours are from 7 a.m. until. We will call you the day the truck is loaded with your delivery time, amount of your order and to notify you of any unavailable items. If problems arise in delivery, you will be notified as soon as possible.

Our drivers "tailgate" the plants, which means they will bring them to the end of the trailer. It is the customer's responsibility to arrange for unloading.

Freight: We have our own trucks and trailers, which helps keep freight costs low. Rates are based on distance from our nursery to your delivery site, however, there is a $50 minimum freight charge.

Payment: Unless credit has been established, all sales are C.O.D. Any accounts past due are subject to a service charge of 1.5% monthly. There is a $30 charge for all NSF checks.

Guarantee: We know that your time is valuable, and having to leave your place of business to gather nursery stock out of town could be detrimental. That is why we are here to assist you. Our nursery stock is guaranteed to be well-grown, true-to-name and properly loaded and packed. We take pride in the items we ship to you. 

Claims: All claims must be made immediately upon receipt of your order. We will happily adjust any mistake made by us, however our liability will not or other discrepancies exceed the purchase price.
